The Burn Girls, as Mark mentioned in the video, have been absolutely killing it and have created such a strong, supportive community of women here at The Jungle Gym. Alongside them in the studio, we’ll be running strength classes, HYROX, Pilates, aerial yoga, and more. We’ve welcomed incredible PT’s over the last few months- and we’re excited to share their incredible wisdom and introduce them properly in the New Year 🙏🏻🙏🏻
We’ve also absolutely loved welcoming the Plunge ladies into the Jungle Gym family. You’ve been loving the ice baths and sauna, and it’s been amazing to see that side of the community grow alongside us.
We’ve completed phase one of our new equipment rollout, with even more to come in the New Year.

We just wanted to jump on here and remind you that making a commitment to working out really comes down to building a habit. There are always going to be days when life gets in the way — you’ve had a rough one, you’re tired, you’re not feeling it. And that’s okay.
On those days, we’d love to encourage you to still come in and move, even if it’s just hopping on the bike for 20 or 30 minutes. Once you get going, you might surprise yourself and find the energy to do more. But even if you don’t, you’re still maintaining the habit. That consistency is what makes the biggest difference long-term.
Missing one workout isn’t a big deal, but when one day turns into two, then three, suddenly the routine starts to slip. Keeping the habit alive, even with a shorter session, is what matters most.
That said, always listen to your body. If you’re dealing with real exhaustion, an injury, or you’re sick, then rest is the right call. But if it’s just one of those days, a little movement can lift your mood, give you energy, and remind you why you started.
